'Nays Yoga...Land. Sea. Sky' A yoga company made for those who want to explore their inner yoga flow by altering their outer yoga perceptions. Regular classes in Ashtanaga, Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga and Stand up paddle board yoga.
ABOUT ME
'Nays Yoga' began in September 2013 after a solo trip to India, learning the traditional forms of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. After this I thought about in-cooperating other elements into my yoga practice. So I began to learn SUP Yoga, 'Stand Up Paddle board' This was a natural transition after growing up in Cornwall and spending years by the ocean. The 'Aerial yoga' was introduced when I wanted to explore the practice in the air. I set up workshops and 1-1 sessions, and realized that all three elements with the traditional Ashtanga practice can really complement each other, and there lies the 'Nays Yoga.. Land. Sea. Sky'.
In February last year I spent time in Costa Rica to work more intensely with Aerial Yoga. I have also worked at many UK festivals and events teaching Hip-hop Yoga and SUP Yoga. If you want to feel happy from the inside out try learning some basic yoga techniques, it's so beneficial for your health. Keep on reading to find out how.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. NAYS YOGA attempts to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Nay is a certified SUP yoga instructor with recent first aid and life saving qualifications, she also works along side a fully trained kayak instructor.
