AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga has  many physical benefits - Increasing flexibility, healing back problems, increasing strength, improving balance, aiding digestion and even improving memory! Aerial Yoga allows a change in ones physical perception, due to its supportive nature- inversions and supported yoga postures can be achieved.  Aerial Yoga can help improve many aspects of everyday life, including building confidence and overcoming fears.

Classes include a range of different strengthening exercises, core based work outs, flying yoga postures, aerial dance sequences, tumbles/ holds/ handstands/ headstands and of course each session ending with magical aerial yoga savasana.
