Hip Hop Yoga is based on a collection of adapted Vinyasa flow yoga sequences but practised to the latest urban beats and old-school hip hop; reinventing traditional yoga as you know it! Tune in whilst tuning out, you will move your body through each pose and find the music and rhythm making their way into your soul. Mesmerising, and enlightening, you cannot help but be consumed by the music and leave on a total natural high! 


Ashtanga Vinyasa is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together. Nay's Hip hop yoga co-ordinates breathing, physical movement and improves focus and concentration an help participants regain control of their body and mind .

Hip Hop Yoga is a physical practice that pairs together to form a faster paced yoga. It is non-traditional with more innovation, improvisation and fun.  You'll feel inspired as well as relaxed.
